In an update to the Facebook post, Jessica later shared that in order to “expand on the trickery” she puts the girls’ pajamas back in the drawer every day so they’re not exposed to any light throughout the day.

This way, if her girls ever wanted to challenge their mom (which, of course, they did) it worked out. The girls tried the PJs after they were in the drawer all day, saw they were dim, and it reinforced “the need to lie quietly under the light before bed.”
