Help Us Understand These Kids’ Logic
Kid logic is just not something that adults can gain access too. We will never understand how their little minds work. Keep reading to see some kids who wanted to make their mom a sandwich but ended up putting the most random items between two slices of bread, some kids who took bites out of pool noodles, and a 12-year-old who is just learning how to shave.
If you understand why these kids made the decisions they made, please clue us in.
"I'm Finished"
This kid took a couple of bites out of this apple and pear and then said he was finished. He basically ate a ring around both fruits. Why do kids do this?
A Fancy Pedicure
This kid wanted to paint his mom's toenails. She let him. Now she has the most beautiful toenails ever. He didn't exactly get all of the color inside the lines, though.
Don't Step On A Lego
This kid left a bunch of Lego pieces right in the middle of a step in his family's home. These Legos are just waiting to be stepped on. That's gonna hurt.
Car Toes
Instead of playing with these cars like a normal kid, this girl decided to put them between her toes. That's not exactly what the toy cars were designed to do.
Handcuffed To A Desk
This kid was playing with a pair of handcuffs at school when he accidentally handcuffed himself to his desk. They had to call in the school janitor to cut the handcuffs off of him.
Keeping Score
When this person was younger, she kept score of how much she loved the important people in her life. It looks like her dead cat named Nala won this round.
Just A Little Bite
This kid thought it would be a good idea to take a bite out of his eraser for some reason. It can't have tasted very good. We hope he didn't swallow it.
When You Store The Cereal Upside Down
This kid thought he was being helpful when he decided to put the cereal box back in the pantry after he was done with it. Unfortunately, he put it back in the pantry upside down.
A Delicious Sandwich

A Big Bite
This kid must have some seriously strong teeth. Apparently, he took a bite out of this table because he was nervous about school. Is he part beaver? What are they teaching him at that school?
How They Resolve An Argument
This mom made her kids make up after an argument by putting them in some protective pillowcases. This way, if another fight does break out, at least there will be some padding involved.
Not How You Stack Books
This is the way this kid decided to "organize" his books. Those books don't look very organized to me. How is he supposed to see which book is which with all the spines turned in like that?
Not A Far Drop
This kid is crying because he thinks he can't get down off of that tire which is literally sitting on the ground. He can very clearly get down. He's just not trying hard enough.
Not Dumbo
This kid decided to draw a picture of Dumbo while he was at school. He must have forgotten that Dumbo is an elephant and not a lion. That's a pretty good drawing of a lion, though.
A Broken TV
This kid thought it would be a good idea to throw a battery at his TV set for some reason. Now he has a broken TV set. The battery is fine, though.
Blending In
This mom caught her son trying to blend in with the headless mannequins at the mall. He's doing a pretty good job of staying still. It almost looks like he belongs there.
This Room Is Occupied
This adult human went into the bathroom to take a shower only to discover that the room was already occupied by this furry creature. She didn't mean to barge in on the thing while he was on the toilet.
All Of The Apples
This kid actually took one small bite out of every single apple and then put them all back in the fruit bowl. Why could he not take multiple bites out of one apple?
Pool Noodles Aren't Actual Noodles
Somebody, please explain to me why there are little bites taken out of these pool noodles. Don't these kids know that foam pool noodles aren't edible? They aren't actual noodles!
Not How You Eat Ice Cream
There is a right way and a wrong way to eat ice cream, and this is definitely the wrong way. As soon as this thing warms up just a little bit, there's going to be ice cream all over the place.
Shaving For The First Time
This 12-year-old tried shaving for the first time. That shaving cream is probably a little too high up. He doesn't need to be shaving his nose or his eyelashes.
I'm A Little Teapot
This clay creation is supposed to be a teapot with no lid. It also has no opening, so it can't hold any tea or hot water. Parents of the internet know you're just supposed to smile and say it's beautiful.
A Head In The Fridge
This kid keeps a very human-looking head in the fridge of her play kitchen. Is this a cause for concern? In other news, that is a very fancy looking play kitchen.
A New Couch
These kids got a new couch for Christmas that's just their size. They'd much rather sit in the box the couch came in than on the actual couch, though. Typical.
Pretty Designs
These kids thought it would be fun to make drawings all over their dad's car. They didn't use markers, though. They actually keyed this vehicle. That's a hard mistake to fix.
More Car Art
At least these kids didn't take a key to their parents' car. They did draw all over it with Sharpies, though. The "put gas here" label is a nice touch.
Not A Fan Of Crusts
There are literally no crusts on Uncrustables. That's why they're called Uncrustables. This kid still only managed to take three bites out of his sandwich. He just ate the middle part.
How Do You Lose A Cello?
Cellos are pretty big instruments. The instrument was probably even bigger than the kid. Maybe he lost the cello on purpose because he was tired of being asked to practice all the time.
A Large Snack
Explain this kid's logic to me. The kid doesn't want dinner, only snacks, but if you tell them dinner is just a big snack, then they're all-in? It doesn't make any sense.
Hold It In
This kid learned a lesson that we all have to learn at some point in our lives. You can't hold a fart in with your hand. It's just not possible.
He Just Has A Passion For Pants, I Guess
Most parents get to take the easy route: their children want to dress as superheroes, princesses, doctors—costumes you can just pick out at stores before Halloween. Some parents are given a little more of a challenge.
Let Her Have The Bleach!
Kids will have meltdowns over the most unreasonable things that you'll have to deal with. The worst part is that, at the end of it all, you won't get so much as a "thank you" for saving them from themselves.
This Is A Kind Of Reasonable Fear
When you're a kid, you get used to the fact that the older kids don't want to hang out with the little ones, so I can understand this kid's fear. I can't imagine his relief when the dog continued to be his best pal.

I like how, at each step of this escalating anecdote, there's a touch of logic behind the action, but it's so poorly thought out that things keep getting worse. This kid will figure it out one day.
Sometimes, Their Logic Is Amazing
Kids, at the end of it all, don't know much about the world, and while that sometimes makes them act in "dumb" ways, it also allows them to feel wonder and awe at the simplest things.
