Experts Have Determined Men Who Change Diapers Have A Better Relationship With Their Wife In The Bedroom

It can improve your wife’s overall health, improve your relationships with your baby, and it’ll improve your relationship with your wife in the bedroom.

A study conducted in Sweden in 2019 determined that when fathers are more involved with their baby’s caregiving duties, especially if they take parental leave, it’s better for the mom’s physical and mental health.

Having dad take on more early morning feedings and other childcare duties can strengthen mom’s mental health by giving her more time to recuperate, which can lessen anxiety or symptoms of conditions like post-partum depression, and it gives her time to heal physically.
