Babies are measured from the first doctor's visit up until the very last. And clearly, some babies are born MUCH bigger than others.

A TikTok launched a "who has the biggest baby competition", and one mom's response went viral.

A trend has gone viral on TikTok where moms compete for the top spot of who gave birth to the biggest baby.

One woman won by a whole lot, and let's just say that it's clear why.

TikTok user shans1588 posted a video response to the question and it garnered 36 million views.

"You wanna play 'the biggest' baby? I got you," she said. “At 38 weeks and one day, I had my second son via C section by two doctors. Because he came in at a whopping 14 lbs .6 oz.”

"He was the biggest baby in there," she adds. She said there weren't any clothes or diapers that fit her baby.

The nurses had to "go up to pediatrics to get size 3 diapers, and he came home in clothing 6 to 9 months,” she said.

Because he was so big, her baby had to spend 11 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
